We don't use Skype here cause it's blocked by my country and doesn't work well.

But in the PM I sent which starts with "Please go to:" I wrote steps need to be taken to get to the problem.

Don't bother yourself if it's difficult to do.

As I said, I've already tried to make a few bots for different jobs on different websites, and EACH TIME at some point it's unable to capture something. No success so far.

Hi, Netman! We are trying our best effort to find some effective way to scrape the page element and finish task automatically. But as you know that some website also updates it to stop some software (like botchief) to scrape their sites content or submit data on their site automatically. So it is really hard for us to find some way to solve it in a short time. But we will not give up, and we will find other way to solve it. Please look forward to! Thanks.
