Hello, I have posted previously about posting to groups (Facebook) and hope maybe this time I can clarify a little better and get some assistance.
I belong to about 300 Facebook groups that I would like to post to.
Currently I can post new posts to my groups but it seems to only post to a handful of the 300 and never touches the other ones.
That model runs like this.

search groups
post to groups
Now this is what i am wanting to do.
1. I want to take posts from my own group that I have previously created and posted.
2. Share these out to the 300+ Facebook groups I am a member of (One group at a time, move down the list of 300)
Any advice or set up instructions would be very helpful. Running them down by URL may be the best most accurate option to make sure I get each group.

So I am a member of many groups. Some of them have discussions disabled as the default landing page and some are sales pages that ask for price description etc. Now with that being said I know following like has the Price|description|etc|etc option to post to these types of groups. However, it seems to be either one or the other. I have a mix of groups and I don't want the generic Price|etc|etc posted to groups that don't require this type of text.
This is what I want to do. Post to all groups, have followinglike try a normal description text variance 3 times and if fails due to the sales request price|etc|etc| description 3 times as well. is there an easy way to do this? Or maybe there is better way than how I described it to accomplish the task?
I need help setting this up to do the following.
1.add friend from a group member list.
2.when they accept send direct message (I cant seem to get this one straight)
Can someone post each step and settings I would need with screen shots. I only ever want to send each new friend a message one time with these settings.
