Hello, could you explain how we can use option "re networking", what does the option do ? what is the best way to use it ?

Re Networking means re connect your network.

PPPOE Name: create any name for it.

Username/password: Your network login in details

By Search Time: Re connect the network after it executed task successfully for few times.

By Time: how long will you re connect the network when the task starts to run.

There is no standard settings for it, please use this option by your needs.
