X-Spinner it does not turn on after the update

I bought x-spinner, I turn it on,

 the program tells me to update to the latest version,

 after the update I try to turn on the program but after

 clicking the icon nothing happens, my windows is win 10 pro

x64 bit build 19045.4598 ver. 22 H2

does anyone have any idea how to run the program?
